Installer Failing under Ver 4.0 B3

Yes this allowed the installer to start without issue. Now I get the following error. When I do the VM locks up.

I finally got 4.0B3 to install under VMware and Virtual Box. You just have to keep trying. 1 out of 10 times it will finish and work. It will always complain of something but some times it will work. I have not been able to get it running on real hardware yet which is my goal.
