Switching Processors

I have a new processor for my B450 aorus elite - moving from a Ryzen 3 [discrete with graphics card] to a 5 [using the onboard graphics].
I've updated to the latest bios ready to support the new processor.
My query:
Can I fit the new processor and get away without reinstalling Ghost? Will the boot discover the change and adapt?
Anyone done this before?

The new CPU will be detected. You might have to some configuration for the GPU.
