I'm really at loss at what the cause of the error could be, as I wrote before we are using exactly the same kernel.
You can install install FreeBSD (as that appear to work), and later change the default repository and turn it into a ghostbsd install, it will be somewhat longer but should work.

Re: error booting from livecd
The only difference between a FreeBSD image and a GhostBSD image (booting related) is that GhostBSD live media is using grub bootloader instead of freebsd loader, that is what allow us to deploy hybrid images. But then the kernel is exactly the same ... and it seems you get the error when loading th...

Re: Windows 10 & GhostBSD
"No address record" means your dns settings are incorrect: Likely you can successfully ping an IP address ping 8.8.8.8 but you cannot ping a URL: ping www.google.com If that is the case, like it seems, add this to your /etc/resolv.conf: nameserver 8.8.8.8 nameserver 8.8.4.4 then restart th...

Re: Windows 10 & GhostBSD
but didn t You say, it causes problems, when using Grub? our problem (as ghostbsd devs) was about dealing with multiple configurations, specifically with mirroing and raidzN, on a single manual setup you won't have much issues. gosh: now it installed with both F1 Windows (which starts normally) and...

Re: Windows 10 & GhostBSD
I now tried an OpenSuse 42 Leap which after some trouble managed to get a dual boot running. I would be interested about what you have done to fix the windows boot. I had to use my "wonder CD", a Linux rescue one to get that SSD disk on track with "legacy" cause some parts still...

Is that what you see, or not ? In theory this is what you should see, ... and the OS should be booted accordingl...

Re: Windows 10 & GhostBSD
Always says: Windows can t be installed on this partition (all of them) cause not the right GPT scheme or s.th.)? It is a bug in win10 installer, it require a reboot (for whatever reason), and doesn't work until you reboot. looks like MBR to me ;) but what would be the best way to start Ghost insta...
