For anyone looking at this old thread, be warned that furybsd.org takes you to a porn site and who knows what kind of malware risk. I assume that FuryBSD is dead.

Thanks for posting this. The hardest thing I had to figure out was how to get a shared folder working between the GhostBSD guest and the Ubuntu host. The advice available from FreeBSD forums etc was not very helpful. If you got this going, it would be nice to add a section showing how to do it.
